A former member of the South African National Assembly for the African National Congress (ANC, 2004–2008), where he oversaw the budget committee and exposed corruption in arms deals. After leaving politics, he became a writer (author of "The Shadow World" about the global arms trade) and blogger, actively criticizing Israel, militarism, and Western policy on Twitter (@andrewfeinstein). He lives in London, appears in documentaries, and participates in anti-war campaigns.

Jake Wallis Simons was editor of the Jewish Chronicle, a right wing rag that lies constantly & has probably had more complaints against it upheld than any other publication in the UK. He either shouldn’t be given a platform or should be listed as ‘Israel Lobbyist with a penchant for lying’. He has done more than anyone to destroy the crucial struggle against actual antisemitism by abusing the use of the term to the point of making it meaningless.

Well said @ZackPolanski Starmer & his reactionary ilk believe that only Jews who share their odious politics r worth caring about. This is a natural consequence of their weaponisation of antisemitism for their own factional political purposes. Their belief that all Jews should have the same attitude towards Israel is offensive.
